Our company cornerstones at Avalon Development have remained the same since our first build many years ago.

Avalon Development has been building luxury custom homes in the Phoenix area for nearly 20 years. Founder and owner, Eddie Hill has been an Arizona licensed contractor since 1988. Since that time, he has been involved in the construction of hundred of homes across the valley. In the 1980’s, he founded a residential framing company, Silverado Framing, which he operated for 20 years. In 2001, with the creation of Avalon Development, Eddie turned his focus to custom home construction. Since that time, Eddie has used his creativity and passion for home building to design and build a wide range of custom homes. He has also been involved in extensive remodeling projects and home additions.

Regardless of project size, Eddie prides himself on unsurpassed attention to detail and quality of service.
